1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. Please ensure that you only purchase items that you intend to use.

2. Exchanges

If an item you receive does not work as stated on our website, we will gladly exchange it for a replacement. To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.

3. Exchange Process

  • Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the faulty item.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out a replacement.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is not returned in acceptable condition.

5. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item.

6. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for exchange. Please refer to the product description for details.
